In this free 3-Session online group, we will dive into the collective concerns about climate, AI, politics…you name it, we will make space for it…. while also cultivating the joy and connection that makes us human. Too little attention on What Is and we are bypassing, self centered, careless. Too much focus on the problem and we forget the delights right in front of us all the time. Let’s spend some time together, dive into the harnesses of grief, anger, fear AND explore where balance lies with joy and connection and right care.
